The 2023 Northern Ontario Catholic Leadership Conference will be held on Saturday, February 25 at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall in North Bay, Ontario. Join youth from across Northern Ontario for a day of faith, music, sharing, talks and powerful witness featuring popular Catholic Speaker Ken Yasinski.

The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops has shared that the Catholic Near East Welfare Association (CNEWA) Canada has launched an emergency campaign to help in the aftermath of the terrible earthquake in Turkey & Syria. Donations can be made through this link.

You can submit any teaching of the Catholic Church that you do not understand, or find difficulty understanding, have trouble personally agreeing with, or have difficulty speaking about with others.

Thanks to the generosity of our parishioners at Holy Name of Jesus & St. Alphonsus Liguori, both of our churches will be beautifully decorated this Christmas. We offer our prayers during our Christmas Masses and throughout the Christmas Season for the names listed on our Memorial List. Please pray for those who are remembered on our Christmas Memorial List as well as for those who are experiencing the loss of a loved one.

Holy Name of Jesus Church is hosting our Second Annual Parish Bake Sale on Saturday, December 3 from 9:00am to 3:00pm with the proceeds going to Nipissing Serenity Hospice!

Catholic Young Adults (ages 18-35) are invited to attend our "Prayer & Pizza" Event on Friday, November 25 at 7pm at Holy Name of Jesus Church. The night will include prayer, Adoration, music, food, socializing and games!
