Appointment Letter from the Bishop's Office:
 
By the virtue of Our pastoral office, We hereby appoint you as Pastor (ad normam C. 519) of
and We grant you all the necessary faculties, which pertain to the said office according to Canon Law, the Decrees of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops and our local diocesan discipline.

As Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus Parish and St. Alphonsus Liguori worship site, you will serve the People of God in the aforesaid Parish communities by word and deed, proclaiming the Good News of the Gospel and celebrating the Sacred Liturgy with zeal and devotion.  You should visit the homes and the schools, the poor and the sick, the young and the old, always encouraging them to grow in their call to be faithful disciples of Christ and active members of His Church.

You will have your letter of appointment read in the presence of the parishioners on the first Sunday of your arrival in the above parish.

This appoinment will take effect on August 1, 2018.
