The Holy Family Giving Tree - A Christmas Outreach of Holy Name of Jesus Church

November 29, 2019A number of families in our very own community are in need this Christmas Season. Our church family is asked to help. This year, we will help families in our parish community, and our parish schools at Our Lady of Fatima and St. Francis.
Our goal this year is to help provide for families in need, while encouraging family time together over the Christmas holidays.
Please take a tag from our Holy Family Giving Tree in the entrance of the church. You may take as many tags as you like.
These tags will ask specifically for one of these items:
· hats, mitts, scarves, and socks for a specific age
· Family Board Game (to encourage family time)
(example: Checkers, Risk, Trouble, Sorry!, Candy Land,
Battleship, Mousetrap, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Monopoly, etc.)
· Age-appropriate toy (example: craft sets, Lego’s, playdough, etc.)
· Grocery Gift Card (from No Frills, Metro, Food Basics, etc)
The final deadline to return these gifts is: Sunday, December 15. No gifts will be accepted past this deadline. Please return the tag with the gift and place the gift in a Christmas gift bag (please do not wrap the gift). The gifts will then be provided to the families.
