- Fr. Gilles Grandmont, currently Pastor of St-Vincent-de-Paul, North Bay, will become Pastor at St-Jude Parish in Espanola and St-Sébastien Parish in Spanish, Ontario.

- Fr. Gérald Lajeunesse, currently Pastor of Ste-Anne-des-Pins, Sudbury, will become Pastor at St-Vincent-de-Paul Parish in North Bay;

-  The Jesuit Fathers will ensure all sacramental ministry in the parish at Ste-Anne-des-Pins Parish in Sudbury, while Msgr Jean-Paul E. Jolicoeur, PH will act as moderator of the parish.

Effective January 20, 2020:

Fr. Ignatius Vedamuthu, currently Pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows, Sturgeon Falls, will become Pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish, Massey, St. Francis of Assisi Mission, Walford and St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish, Webbwood.

Fr. Amaladhas Tensingh Alexander, recently arrived from India, is appointed Pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish in Sturgeon Falls.

Fr. Rex Lumine is appointed Spiritual Advisor of Diocesan Council of the Catholic Women's League, while remaining Assistant Pastor of the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption, North Bay.

Other Appointments:

In November 2019, Fr. Patrick Okenyi was appointed Diocesan Director for the Pontifical Missions Society, English sector.
