Conversations between Young People and the Bishops of Canada
The Catholic Bishops of Canada have started a new initiative to speak with young people across Canada to be able to reflect and respond to the hopes, joys, fears and struggles that young people experience in society and in the Church today.
The Bishops of Canada will speak virtually with young people from across Canada and hear directly from them regarding their current experiences in life and faith. The Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie will be well represented in these conversations with young people spanning in age from 12 to 24 and from across the Diocese.
Our Diocesan representatives in these conversations with the Canadian Bishops are: Samuel Barry, Sophie Boucher, Karine Boucher, Michael Boutilier, Daniel Gravel, Landon Jackson, Hemliss Konan, Filippo Mazza, Morgan Ruscio, Nadya Sheppard and Ben Talbot.
They will take part in virtual sessions with young people from across Canada from November 7 until November 12.
Please pray for these young people as they represent the Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie in these important conversations.
