The Domestic Church: Stories from Home #2

(The following submission is from Betty Silver, mother of Tim Silver, our parish Seminarian studying for the priesthood with the Companions of the Cross.)

I thought I would update you all with news from my son Tim Silver who is from our parish and is a seminarian with the Companions of the Cross.

Tim continues to be in Detroit to complete his school year through online courses. He is safe, self isolating with his brothers and priests from his order.

For the past three weeks the Seminarians have been live-streaming their Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Sundays at 7pm on Facebook. The music during this adoration is led by Tim. It brings me such joy in my heart to hear his voice and participate in this. I encourage you all to join them. They are committed to continue to do this until the end of their school year.
