Congratulations! Deacon Allan Charette's 40th Anniversary of Ordination!

May 29, 2020CONGRATULATIONS TO DEACON ALLAN CHARETTE ON HIS 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF ORDINATION
On May 31, 1980, Allan Charette was ordained a Deacon of the Church at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption by Bishop Alexander Carter. Deacon Allan is also a husband to Nicky Charette, and father of five children - Paul, Suzanne, Richard, Christine and Julie. After an encounter with Christ at a Cursillo weekend in 1976, Deacon Allan began to discern how God was calling him to serve the Church as a Deacon.
He served many years at Corpus Christi Church, and currently serves the parish community of Holy Name of Jesus and St. Alphonsus Liguori. Over the years, he has been involved in baptism and marriage preparation, Bible Studies, Alpha, Renew and Arise programs, and also part of the choir at Holy Name of Jesus.
We thank Deacon Allan Charette for his 40 years of service to the Church, and thank God for having called him to serve in this way. We continue to keep him in our prayers! Congratulations Deacon Allan!
